Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

We offer free shipping 

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 may apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and may include a small handling fee.

Delivery Delays

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within India.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory to report missing, damaged, or defective items.

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

🕔 5-Day Return Window

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• You’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any valid reason.

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• All original accessories, tags, and components must be included.

• An unboxing video is required — this must clearly show the opening of the package and the issue.
